Parents Council Thank You : Careers Night 2025
The PC would like to sincerely thank the dozens of speakers who participated at the 6th Year Careers Night at the school last Thursday. A tremendous night organised jointly by the Parents Council, Ms Egan and Ms Nolan of the school Careers Team, huge support was demonstrated by local businesses and organisations who provided 60 expert speakers– from Doctors to Physiotherapists, Electricians to Town Planners, Prison Guards and Garda representatives to Lawyers, Writers and Journalists, we had a packed school! Speakers imparted valuable and insightful information about their own career paths to our young men during workshops throughout the night. As these pupils now face important decisions about their futures, we wish them every success in their chosen career paths. A special thanks to Rosalyn Tamming from the PC, who led the event.
