Naas CBS Junior Rugby Round Up
What a term of rugby, we have had 6 league matches, and a friendly against Terenure college for our Junior league team. This is a hugely talented team with many of the lads playing representative rugby for North Midlands. It would be impossible to pick out any individual as they are a true team. There are players from 4 different clubs and 2 year groups are well represented on the team. The junior league team lost the semi final narrowly to the High School in a replay 10 – 7.
The development team equipped themselves very well in their 2 blitzes this year and will be playing their final for the competition in the new year as the fixture was a victim of the weather.
