NAAS CBS DUATHLON 2025: REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Registration for the Naas CBS Duathlon 2025 is now open, and we now invite you to enter your son(s) into this year’s event.
DETAILS:
Where? Naas Race Course, Tipper Road entrance
When? Friday, 11th April
Time? Registration is from 8.30am in the Paddocks at Naas Race Course
How long? Depending on the final number of participants, the event will finish at approximately 12 noon and pupils can go home.
When does registration close? Registration must close by Monday 7th April.
Parents are welcome to come along and spectate!
NOTE: All pupils will be requested to stay on site for the duration of the events.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
A payment request will appear automatically under the school shop section on the school app. Please make payment before you complete the registration form.
The entrance fee is €10 per pupil, and you son(s) can choose to enter the individual competitive event, the two-person team competitive event or the fun run. Please enter €10 for 1 son. €20 for two sons etc
As per our poster, attached, the individual competitive event consists of a 1.9km run, then a 6km cycle and then a 1.9km run – total 9.8km!
The two-person team competitive event consists of one team member running, and one team member cycling. Cyclists must bring their helmet on the day.
The fun run is a 1.5km run designed for all ages and capabilities. Participants are invited to dress up for the fun run if they wish – but this is entirely optional!
