Active Consent Workshop
Dear Parents & Guardians,
We are very lucky to have a member of staff, Ms. Celine Phibbs, complete a course called ‘Active Consent’, with Siobhan O’Higgins from NUIG.
Naas CBS is now an affiliated school and Ms. C Phibbs will be rolling out the content during 5th Year RSE , with the remaining classes in the rotation.
Siobhan O’Higgins runs a parents workshop that explains the content that will be covered. It is a 1 hour zoom meeting. Parents of students in 5th Year, in the first two RSE rotations that are now finished, can still attend if they have an interest in opening the conversation with their son in regard to the very important topic of consent.
