Naas CBS 1st Year Rugby Teams Triumph at Harry Nicholls Perpetual Tournament
Congratulations to our 1st Year rugby teams on their fantastic achievement in winning the Harry Nicholls Perpetual Tournament at Portlaoise RFC. This victory is a testament to their dedication, teamwork, and passion for the game.
A huge thank you to our TY coaches—Karl McGiloway, Bruno McCann, Harry Ward, Adam Sargent, Jago Spellman, Matthew Costello, Cillian McHugh, Rian Cullen, Alfie Gough, Colum Gibbons, Aidan Tamming, and Aron Reid—for their commitment to training the 1st years each week, managing the sidelines, assisting with gear, and providing invaluable support to the management team. Their hard work and dedication have been instrumental in the team’s success.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Conor Brophie for his time and effort in developing these teams. Thanks to his dedication, we now have a strong and growing panel of over 40 1st Year students playing rugby for Naas CBS.
