6th year Music class trip to the National Concert Hall
Our 6th year Music class had the opportunity to see the National Symphony Orchestra rehearse in the National Concert Hall last week. It was great for the students to see musicians practicing and to learn how a conductor organises a rehearsal. They were very lucky to see the acclaimed American pianist Johnathan Biss practicing the Brahms Piano Concerto No.1. The rehearsal was led by Lio Kuokman, the chief conductor of the Slovenia Symphony Orchestra. Well done to all the lads, especially those who dressed for the occasion!
