Aidan Gilroy Wins Gold at the International Boxing Tournament
Congratulations to Aidan Gilroy in 3rd Year who took home gold at the International Boxing Tournament in Olaine, Latvia last weekend. Aidan beat his Latvian opponent in the semi-final and defeated the Estonian National Champion in the final to win the gold medal.
Aidan is part of Fr. Flanagan’s Boxing Club where he started boxing at the age of seven. He is now on the Leinster Development Boxing Team that travelled to Latvia at the weekend.
Well done on this great achievement Aidan and best of luck in the upcoming Michael Andrews Competition for Dublin and Leinster.
